Product Concierge is designed to help you operate your Toshiba Product and to troubleshoot most common issues you may be experiencing. This information is designed to help you navigate the Product Concierge application.
The first item to appear after selecting your Toshiba product is the Desk menu. From this menu you can select any of the 5 applications to help you with your Toshiba Product. Items in gray are not accessible currently. To return to the Desk Menu at any time select Desk at the Top of every page.
This is an application to help you with many common issues you may be experiencing with your Toshiba Product. Answering a series of questions will lead you to the most common causes and help you resolve your issue. If at the end we are unable to help you, we will provide you with Toshiba contact information and a special log number to use when calling or emailing.
These applications are designed to help you with many common features of your television. When these applications open the first time the navigation is in the middle of the WEB page. After the first selection the navigation menu moves to the left and the graphical help will be in the middle.
