A class action lawsuit was filed in the Superior Court of New Jersey. The lawsuit was settled, and a Notice describing the terms of settlement was provided as required. In order to receive a refund a claim had to have been made on or before April 30, 2008. Refund claims made after April 30, 2008 will not be processed.
