To ensure the satisfaction of our customers and to maintain the integrity and quality of our products, Toshiba America Consumer Products, L.L.C. is issuing an important product update.

On an initial limited production run of the 51H94, 57H94, 51HX94 and 57HX94 televisions, we have identified a compatibility issue with one cable system, which may not allow you to receive digital channels while using the CableCARD™ slot. This is not a safety issue and it is easily resolved by a Toshiba service technician.

The affected serial numbers are:
